20/20 Custom Molded Plastics, an Inteplast Group company based in Holiday City, Ohio, took home the Yamaha Supplier Award at the Yamaha 2026 Supplier Conference held May 5, 2026, in Peachtree, GA. The company — which bills itself as the largest low-pressure custom structural foam molder in the United States — previously won the same award in 2014 and 2011, making this its third time earning the distinction. Out of Yamaha's 182 total suppliers, including 112 based in the U.S., only six worldwide were recognized.
To qualify, suppliers must clear four strict performance thresholds: fewer than 65 defective parts per million shipped, zero supplier corrective action requests (SCARs), 100% label accuracy, and at least 99.5% on-time and complete delivery performance. 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics hit or exceeded every benchmark — shipping 83,000 parts in 2025 with zero defects, recording no SCARs during the qualifying period, achieving a perfect label accuracy score, and logging a 100% delivery rate across 1,020 shipments.
President Chad Adams credited the entire workforce for the achievement, noting that consistent on-time delivery of quality product has also opened doors to new business from Yamaha. Among the parts 20/20 produces for Yamaha at its Holiday City flagship facility are footrests for golf carts and side-by-side off-road vehicles. The company also operates locations in Covington, GA, and Bluffton, IN.
Looking ahead, Adams said the 20/20 Custom Molded Plastics Engineering Department is actively developing new projects aimed at expanding the company's partnership with Yamaha.
