We work with trusted manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners throughout the United States to ensure products are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Some specialty, oversized, custom-order, or supplier-direct products may require additional processing time. In these cases, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or additional processing time is required, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system after the tracking number is issued.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately from different warehouses or suppliers.
As a result, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries for a single order.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the order before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution.
Photographs of damaged packaging and products may be required when filing a claim.
